Brightgreen Returns Policy
Things don’t always go as expected, and sometimes goods may have to be returned – you may have received the wrong item, you no longer require the goods etc.
Brightgreen is happy to exchange a product or provide you with a credit on your Brightgreen account, providing the product in question meets a few conditions.
Important Information
• Freight charges will be covered by Brightgreen if the items shipped are incorrect or faulty and by the customer if the return is a result of a change of mind.
• The request to return must be received by Brightgreen within 30 days of sale (unless defective).
• Returned lights must be in their original boxes and condition and be accompanied by a GRA number.
• The return of lights that have been installed is prohibited unless product is defective.
• Brightgreen recommends that high value goods be returned via registered post.
• If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to contact us first at sales@brightgreen.com to confirm if your return can be accepted.
How to request a return
1. To return an item you should contact your Point of Purchase.
They will contact Brightgreen who will evaluate your return request, and (if appropriate) issue the reseller with a Goods Return Authorisation number (GRA).

2. Unwanted (including faulty) goods will need to be taken back to Point of Purchase where they will be returned to Brightgreen. Brightgreen will immediately provide replacement product if required.
3. As soon as Brightgreen has received the return, a credit/refund will be issued as the case demands. Brightgreen reserves the right to refuse credit if the goods returned do not meet the requirements outlined above.
