Brightgreen wins second IP case against copycats
16th April 2013
After another challenge from manufacturers of imitation D900 Curves, Brightgreen has won design registration yet again from IP Australia. This is good news not just for us but for our customers: it means that they’ll be protected from substandard products. While many of these imitations look similar on the outside, we haven't seen any that are close to the D900 on the inside.
Copies that don't have warranties or government-mandated C-Tick safety mark drivers - or even worse, that have forged C-Tick marks – put customers at risk. You can help by letting us know of any suspicious products you see on the market. Just email email@example.com, or phone 1300 672 499.
